Microwave Brownie Cup Cake

INGREDIENTS 40g (1/4 Cup) self-raising flour 60g (1/4 Cup) caster sugar 2 tbsp cocoa 2 tbsp vegetable oil 60ml (3 tbsp) water 1/2 tsp icing sugar (to sprinkle on top) Cream or Ice cream (optional) METHOD Add the flour, sugar, cocoa, oil and water to the cup. Mix all together until you have a smooth mixture. Place into the microwave on high for 1 min 50 seconds. Dust with icing sugar and EAT!
