Refunds and Returns
The good news is that when you buy online you have even more rights than if you buy something from a shop.You have the legal right to a refund if you return your faulty good within 30 days of receiving. However, as our goods are perishable these are the only circumstances in which we would refund a return.
Our delivery partners do their best to make all deliveries on the day you request. However, events, outside of our control, occur and deliveries are delayed. Therefore we recommend allowing time for special occasions.
If our delivery partner has attempted a delivery and there was no-one available to accept your gift and no safe place to leave instructions were issued, we would make arrangements for the delivery to be made the following working day, but no refund can be offered.
If you change your mind and want to cancel The Cake Nest will give you a full refund as long as the order has not been despatched. Unfortunately, as we are sending perishable goods, we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the product. However, there is an exception, if you order from any of our cake slice clubs and are not completely satisfied with the first slice and would like to cancel the remaining term, we will give you a full refund of your order*
